The hotel was located adjacent to area restaurants and eatery's and grocery store and eatery's. The location couldn't be more comfy to the theater. Moreover, there was a lake within 15 mins walk from the venue.

I loved the restaurant! The food was super tasty, and it was so convenient after a long day 🥘 Just wish the hallway was a bit nicer. The wallpaper looked worn.

Good gathering spot within the hotel. The bartender was great. The rooms were very clean and they provided plenty of towels which were of decent quality.
The service was not very good, either in the restaurant or the cleaning staff. Also, I booked and had paid for a queen room with two queen beds, and I was given a room with two double beds. They were too small for what we needed.

The restaurant was wonderful. The food was good and the portions were large. I liked that fact that 5% of the bill went to a choice of three charities. The prices were not bad either. The Sunday breakfast buffet was very good. I liked that there was an omelet station. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. On check in the clerk was on a business call and apologized for our wait which was maybe a minute. At check out the clerk was assisting another customer but was quick and friendly with each of us. We are already planning our next trip and plan to stay here and eat her again.

The Heritage Hotel's Sunday breakfast buffet was a culinary delight, well worth the price! Not to mention, the clean, refreshing pool made for a nice break after our adventures nearby. Plus, super convenient for heading out to local spots like Turkeyhill Experience!

I loved the unique decor filled with vintage art and natural materials. It gave the hotel a warm and inviting atmosphere without that modern cold vibe. The King Room I stayed in was clean and spacious, perfect for relaxation. The mini-fridge and coffee maker were handy for late-night snacks and morning coffee. The bathroom felt cramped, especially for someone taller, and there were no towel racks to hang wet towels or clothes. The hallway had loose wallpaper. The location was decent but close to an industrial area, not the picturesque surroundings I expected.

The staff were efficient and knowledgeable and know their duties. Units with 2 queen beds. The pool was clean and I had good drinks in the outdoor bar.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Spacey room with comfortable kingsize bed. Nice staff, good restaurant. Refreshing pool was right in time after 300+ miles roadtrip. A plenty of shops in walking distance, although shopping was not our purpose here. Refrigerator in room contrary to most other hotels in US. Initially tried to book some hotels closer to amish sites, however it was impossible without US billing address. Ended up with a very good choice.

For our purpose, the convenience of location -- right around the corner from our family Thanksgiving celebration.
Probably the fact that our breakfast was Inunudated with bus tour travelers and seating became an issue. You may have lost money on that with your overnight residents since they were assimilated into the bus groups. Just a heads-up!

I stayed here for a family trip to explore local attractions, and I was pleased with the comfort of the King Room. The room had nice touches like a refrigerator and microwave, which made mealtime easy. Breakfast was definitely a highlight with a wide selection that catered to everyone's taste, though the dining experience was a bit undermined by slow service at dinner. I found it a pleasant and accommodating place for a short stay.

I loved starting my mornings with a short walk to Lloyd Park and finding unique attractions like That Fish Place just a few steps away. The hotel is also clean and comfy, with thoughtful amenities, made my solo journey more fun.

Check in/out was quick and easy. The pool was clean. Nice flat screen TV. Nice location off highway. Room was very clean.
Bathroom was very small. Pillows were awful - flat as pancakes. Not sure it was worth the savings in price being the distance it was away from Lancaster.
